All fragrances, attars and cosmetic products may cause allergic reactions or sensitivities depending on individual physiology.
ZAIN Amsterdam is not liable for any form of:
  • skin irritation
  • redness
  • rashes
  • burning or stinging sensations
  • swelling
  • allergic reactions
  • delayed reactions
  • reactions caused by personal allergies, sensitivities or medical conditions

Every customer is fully responsible for ensuring personal compatibility.
A patch test is strongly advised before full application.

ZAIN Amsterdam cannot offer medical advice and is not responsible for interpreting personal allergy risks.

2.⁠ ⁠PROPER USAGE & USER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must use all products strictly as directed.
ZAIN Amsterdam is not liable for harm, injury, damage or reactions resulting from:
  • misuse or incorrect application
  • excessive use
  • combining with other products, oils or chemicals
  • use on broken, irritated, infected or sensitive skin
  • use in or near eyes, mouth or mucous membranes
  • use by individuals with known sensitivities, allergies or medical conditions
  • ignoring warnings, labels or instructions
The user accepts full responsibility for safe and correct handling.

3.⁠ ⁠FLAMMABILITY, FIRE HAZARDS & MATERIAL DAMAGE

Attars and perfumes are highly flammable.
ZAIN Amsterdam is not responsible for:
  • burns, fire injuries or smoke damage
  • property damage caused by heat, fire or ignition
  • stains or discoloration on fabrics
  • damage to furniture, leather, wood, textiles, plastics or surfaces
  • deterioration caused by improper storage or exposure to sunlight, heat or liquids

Products must always be kept away from:
  • flames
  • heat sources
  • electrical sparks
  • direct sunlight
  • children and pets

The customer assumes full responsibility for safe storage.

4.⁠ ⁠PACKAGING, GOLD STAMPING & GLASS CARE

All ZAIN Amsterdam bottles and packaging require careful handling.
ZAIN Amsterdam is not liable for:
  • peeling or fading of gold stamping due to contact with oils, alcohols, perfumes or chemicals
  • damage due to spills or lack of proper cleaning
  • glass breakage from dropping, impact or misuse
  • damage caused by improper cleaning methods
  • scratches, wear or cosmetic deterioration due to user handling
Products must be handled with clean, dry hands and stored safely.

5.⁠ ⁠MEDICAL & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

ZAIN Amsterdam products are cosmetic items only.
They do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
They are not substitutes for medical products or treatments.

If a severe reaction occurs, the user must immediately seek medical attention.

ZAIN Amsterdam is not responsible for:
  • medical complications
  • health issues
  • aggravated conditions due to pre-existing sensitivities
  • failure to seek medical help

6.⁠ ⁠USER AGREEMENT & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing or using our products, the customer agrees that:
• product use is at their own risk
• ZAIN Amsterdam is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind
• no guarantees or warranties are made regarding individual results
• safety instructions must be followed diligently

This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7.⁠ ⁠RETURNS, EXCHANGES & HYGIENE POLICY

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened fragrances and attars cannot be returned or refunded.
Damaged or defective items will be replaced only if:
  • the defect is proven manufacturing-related, and
  • the product is returned unused, with original packaging intact

ZAIN Amsterdam reserves the right to refuse returns due to improper use or customer-induced damage.
