SHIPPING POLICY

Welcome to Zain Amsterdam. We take great care to ensure that every order arrives on time, beautifully packaged, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping terms below.

Shipping Area
At this time, we exclusively ship within the Netherlands. We do not offer international shipping yet, but we are working to expand our delivery options soon.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 1–4 business days depending on your location within the Netherlands. Delivery times may vary slightly during busy seasons or due to postal delays beyond our control.

Shipping Fees
We offer a flat-rate delivery fee of €6.95 for all orders within the Netherlands.
Orders over €150 qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number and carrier details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Zain Amsterdam is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to meet our delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. weather, postal strikes, or carrier issues). If your order is delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us immediately at info@zain.amsterdam so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
